Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and process-minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a deep understanding of the blockchain industry. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role, with a proven track record of managing and scaling high-growth operations.
Salary: $45,000 USD per year.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary, providing direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote the company’s culture and vision.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Participate in expansion activities including investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and regulators.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assist the CEO in fundraising ventures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field is required, an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role.
- Proven experience in the blockchain industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business and market environment.
